Lyocell Yarn

Our Lyocell Yarn comes from Dongguan Jintai Textile Technology Co., Ltd. Our digital color system now covers all our production workshops. This system controls the pigment mix precisely. It also standardizes dyeing temperature and fixing time. When we use it to make this product, every batch has the same color. We have two self-owned dyeing factories in Shantou, Guangdong. Their total area is over 50,000 square meters. They do fiber dyeing and finished product fixing. We do all dyeing steps ourselves. No outside contractors.

This series has only one style for now. It is 30S/2 Lyocell, also called high-twist Tencel. The material is 100% lyocell. Lyocell is a plant-based eco-friendly fiber. We use high-twist spinning. The yarn has anti-static properties. It feels gentle on the skin. Even people with allergies can wear it. It also absorbs sweat and breathes well. The luster is fine and looks like silk. It resists wrinkles and keeps its shape. After you crumple it, it becomes smooth again quickly. This product fits 12G, 14G, and 16G knitting machines. Use it to make high-end silk-like base layers, light luxury dresses, spring/summer close-fitting knitted tops, and shawls.

We use our own dye-before-spinning process for this Lyocell Yarn. This process locks dye into the fiber at the dyeing stage. It stops dye from moving during spinning. So the yarn color is even. The finished product has very little shade difference. We also have digital printing equipment. We can make solid colors, space-dyed, and gradient effects. Our Dalang production base covers 45,000 square meters. We do spinning and twisting there. We control the whole process. Our digital color system lets us make samples for any color quickly. We take small batch and multi-color orders. We even take trial orders of a few dozen kilograms. We send free samples. Each sample comes with a third-party test report.
