Both models of 100 Recycled Polyester Yarn contain recycled polyester alone. The 15-count Peacock Velvet and 6-count Gradient Brushed Yarn differ in yarn thickness, surface treatment and suitable knitting gauges, despite sharing the same stated fiber content. Their contrast is most evident in winter garments rather than on a composition label.

Peacock Velvet has a soft hand, even coloring, warmth and resistance to pilling. It works on 5G, 7G and 9G flat knitting machines for autumn/winter casual sweaters, loungewear, jackets and scarves. The company keeps regular inventory of this model.

The 6-count option receives an additional brushing operation that produces a layer of short surface fibers. Its gradual color transition is another identifying feature. The yarn is warm, soft and wrinkle-resistant, with a fuller visual effect for thick sweaters, loose-fitting outerwear and scarves. It runs on coarser 3G, 5G and 7G machines. Buyers can compare both knitted surfaces to decide whether a plain soft finish or brushed gradient better fits the garment.
