Lyocell Filament Yarn

Our Lyocell Filament Yarn comes from Dongguan Jintai Textile Technology Co., Ltd. We have over 20 years of research experience. Our work covers color matching, eco-friendly dyeing, functional modification, and recycled fiber blending. We make this Lyocell Filament Yarn with our own technology. The quality is better than most similar products on the market. We have two self-owned dyeing factories in Shantou, Guangdong. Their total area is over 50,000 square meters. They handle fiber dyeing and finished product fixing.

This series has only one style for now. It is 30S/2 Lyocell, also called high-twist Tencel. The content is 100% lyocell. This is a plant-based eco-friendly fiber. We use high-twist spinning. The yarn has natural anti-static properties. It feels very gentle on the skin. Even people with allergies can wear it. It absorbs sweat and breathes well. The luster is fine and close to silk. It also resists wrinkles and holds its shape well. If you crumple it into a ball and let go, it becomes smooth again quickly. This Lyocell Filament Yarn is ideal for close-fitting high-end clothes.

This yarn fits 12G, 14G, and 16G knitting machines. Use it to make high-end silk-like base layers, light luxury dresses, spring/summer close-fitting knitted tops, and shawls. These clothes feel good on the skin. They keep you cool in summer. We use our own dye-before-spinning process. This process locks colors firmly. The yarn has even color and low risk of shade difference. Our Shantou production base covers 45,000 square meters. We do spinning and twisting in-house. No outside contractors. We also have digital printing equipment. We can make solid colors, space-dyed, and gradient effects. Our digital color system lets us customize any color. We take small batch and multi-color orders. Even a few dozen kilograms is fine.
