Our company, Dongguan Jintai Textile Technology Co., Ltd., brings you Dyed Spun Polyester Yarn. Between 2016 and 2018, we built three key facilities. We built our own spinning mill, dyeing mill, and twisting mill. The total area is 30,000 square meters. Now we do everything ourselves. We do not need outside help. This Dyed Spun Polyester Yarn is made completely in our own factories. From raw fiber to finished product, we control every step. That gives you stable quality and a better price.

This series has one product. It is Light Luxury 16S/2 Color Spun Cashmere. The blend is 2% cashmere, 5% wool, 12% nylon, 30% acrylic, and 51% recycled polyester. This Dyed Spun Polyester Yarn uses color spinning technology. The fiber gets dyed before spinning. So the color stays strong. It does not fade after many washes. The process also keeps the natural fluffy feel of cashmere. It does not feel hard like some synthetic fibers. The hand feel is soft and good for your skin. It also fights pilling and keeps you warm. This yarn works on 3G, 5G, 7G, and 12G machines. Use it for light luxury coats, high-end cashmere style knitted sweaters, thick winter sweaters, and jackets. It is perfect for autumn and winter clothes that need warmth and a premium look.

Our own dyeing mill is in Shantou. It has two factory areas with over 50,000 square meters. We mainly dye loose fibers there. We use our own dye-before-spin process. Compared to normal dyeing, this saves more than 30% of water. The color is also more even. We send you free samples. Each sample comes with a third-party test report. The report covers color fastness, anti-pilling grade, and shrinkage rate. We accept small trial orders of a few dozen kilograms. Our color spun yarn has pure colors. When you compare the finished product to your color card, you can hardly see any difference.
