Hemp Mixed Yarn from Dongguan Jintai Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is covered by a production inspection process that begins when raw materials enter the factory. Samples are taken at successive processing stages and checked for color fastness, breaking strength and shrinkage before production continues.

The company maintains laboratory equipment for these checks and retains samples from finished batches. Production records can be retrieved when a customer needs to review a previous order, while periodic third-party testing provides an additional reference for the factory's measurements.

The confirmed models use linen with lyocell, acrylic and, in some versions, recycled polyester or nylon. The 19S/1 Tianshuang Linen combines 12% linen, 36% lyocell and 52% acrylic for a smooth, natural linen feel. The finer 32S/1 changes those percentages to 10%, 50% and 40%, respectively.

For a more fluid hand, 24N/1 Linen Lyocell has 10% linen, 48% acrylic, 27% lyocell and 15% recycled polyester. The 45N/1 Fanhua Linen uses 15% linen and 85% recycled polyester, with natural-looking flecks and good wrinkle resistance.

The fine models are used for spring/summer sweaters, dresses, shawls and casual jackets. Tianshuang Linen and Fanhua Linen support 12G, 14G and 16G flat knitting machines; the 24N/1 blend supports 12G and 14G.

For heavier garments, 5.6N/1 Linen Milk Silk combines 5% linen, 6% lyocell, 31% nylon and 58% acrylic. It runs on 3G, 5G, 7G and 9G machines for winter sweaters, outerwear, scarves and hats.
